My Favorite Western Healthy Food: Lunch Edition

Usually i only give one dish example but now lets go more abroad on the side dishes rather than the main one. So welcome again everybody and this week's blog will be about meal prep kind of style from the western culture. Although i do not really know the origin about this food but i know it from the western influencer on dieting food.

Let me introduce you to chicken crunch wrap meal. And this is like the name of the blog title it is about lunch meal. And how you make it of course will take a lot of time but the plus side is you can make this food and then save it for later that is why i call it a meal prep. So you can make it into a couple container and then save it on the freezer. When you want to eat it just put it on the microwave for about 5 minute and then you have it.

The ingredients can be varied according to you taste, but usually i use some ground meat and then make it like the usual but if you want to make out of chicken you can also do that. But if you want both you can absolutely do that, and the one thing that i like about it is that you can count the specific calorie for each container that you already made so that is why i choose this dish to share it to you.

How you make it is very simple just get some red meat or white meat and then you can add some vegetable if you like it but usually i just go for all meat and then wrap it in like a tortilla kind of wrapper and then just cook it again on the pan stove. And then you place it one the container.

On side dish issues you can choose whatever you like it but if you want to have more fiber you can go for vegetable like tomatoes or broccoli but if you want more taste you go for homemade fries and then make some sauce, whether its tar tar sauce or some mayonnaise.

But also for me i add some egg inside the wrap if you like it. And also because its a dish about some wrap crunch chicken you can do some marination on the chicken meat first but if you also prefer to have some crunchy you go for flour chicken stripes and then put it inside the wrap and i think you will like it very much. For additional spices you can go for salt and pepper then go for some garlic. If you have some spare butter you can cook it in the pan like that but some oil will be fine.
