My Favorite Javanese Food: Healthy Eating Diet

Before you guys say anything, if you follow my blog you will notice that i already made the Indonesian cuisine food or dish blog but when i think about it again i suddenly remember something that i had when i was a little and then i decided to do this one about javanese cuisine or if you already familiar its pepes ikan. Javanese special kind of dishes that involves grilling.
Before i go into that any further, welcome everybody to my blog again for this week. I hope my blog was able to make any changes whether its small or big. So lets get into it, as you already know or familiar with this dish it is originated from javanese culture and it has a really good flavor and one of the most important thing for me and this blog topic is it healthy or not?
The quick answer to this is yes its healthy but i do not really recommend eating this dish everyday and it is a really good dish if you want to do some changes on your meal. And once again this dish is really healthy and because it was grilled so no additional oil excess calorie input so it will be very good. The only downside to this is that it got some over grilled part or the black part.
And now lets move into the dish, first i personally prefer using fish than other thing, because if you are a vegan you can go for tofu rather than meat so it can differs whichever taste you like. I personally like this one because it is flavorful and it got some great spice tastes. And for those of you who wants to make it i will explain it as best as i can.
So firstly you can go for whatever fish you like i personally did not have any favorite everything taste good but i recommend you to have some big bones fish rather than the little ones because there is a danger on the fish bones that got stuck on you mouth and yeah that is the only downside i can think of.
And you grab some banana leaves and cleaned them to wrap up the fish after the fish being marinated with a lot of garlic and other spices like chili if you like some spicy, and some cilantro and nutmeg then you just go and grill it on top a charcoal.
Its actually pretty easy you can follow any recipe, and you can still made it. But the hard part is whether the taste suits you or not, it depends on you own modification on it. And for me because this is not really pack much i usually take some rice.
