My Favorite Western Food: Healthy Eating Diet

Hey everyone, welcome again to my blog on a journey to healthy food diet living. For this week's topic we will jump right into new region favorite food, and for disclaimer this is entirely from whatever dish on a western culture that i have ever eaten. So this week's topic is all about western food or dishes. And this is for my breakfast and all about healthy living diet. Usually for breakfast i had some rice since i was a little and its not really healthy once you grow up because the science behind it.
First of if you eat rice in the morning your sugar blood level will rise exponentially and once it reach the peak it will go down fast and it will make you sleepy around afternoon time, and i want to share to you my favorite dish or food to replace that. Of course it will be much pricier but its all about health, so i hope you will follow me for this one.
If you ask me why i chose this dish for this week's blog its because for every other dish that i have for breakfast i do not think there are anything that can compare with this dish. And i my experience on having western dish is not many, moreover the breakfast part. But i sure think that this is the best for dieting and if you want to fuel your body in the morning. Well i think this dish can be eaten anytime but for me its more to the breakfast time.
The other reason that i choose this dish is because its healthy it has some fruit in it which will contain vitamin and fiber but also because i usually use and normally for this dish it uses egg it got some protein in it. Although it require many ingredients and its quite pricey but do not worry because this is really healthy, and for me it is very much suitable when you want to go dieting.
First, if you want to make this dish you need to gather some ingredients, and first you need bread whatever type it is does not matter but if you want to be on a really tight calorie deficit you go for wheat bread but if you want to do more dieting you can find some keto bread. Next you can find an avocado that is already ripe and then scrambled some egg. For other spices you can add that according to your taste but usually i only get some mayonnaise but if you do not like it you can go for a simple salt and pepper. And there you go your first lovely avocado bread with scrambled egg dish.
That is the way i like it but if you want to add some modification feel free to do so, because dishes does not have to follow the recipe book text by text but you can add anything that you like to make it suit your taste.
