Actually, this kind of dish is not a specific food like I have mentioned previously, because here you able to customize the food what you ate freely. If you are the type of person to try all the foods in a plate, this option will be a great solution for you. Similar as buffet, when you can pick which kind of dish or protein you want to eat, as long as you have much money to pay.

You can find many buffets in Indonesia. I will seriously recommend you try the local restaurant that usually called "Warung Tegal (Warteg)". In Jakarta, start from 7000 rupiah, you can pick 1 kind of vegetables and get a fried egg. You can see what I picked for my lunch above, I picked fried egg with tempe orek, vegetables, fried tofu, fried sempol, chicken, and many more. More food you want to eat, the price is getting higher. But I think it should be not a huge problem because the taste is so amazing even it's just a simple dish with "simple" price too. Will rate this food 9 out of 10.
